Shipping policy

Appleby North Paint currently offers online ordering for in-store pickup only. We do not currently ship paint, sundries, wallpaper, or other products purchased through shop.applebypaint.ca.

Pickup Hours

Pickup is available during regular store hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Holiday hours may vary. Please contact the store before pickup on holidays or during severe weather.

Order Readiness

Orders are typically ready for pickup within two business days. Tinted paint, colour-matched products, large orders, wallpaper, special-order items, or items requiring supplier confirmation may take longer.
We will email you when your order is ready. Please wait for the ready-for-pickup email before coming to the store. If you need an order urgently, call us at 905-336-0444
before placing the order or before arriving.

What to Bring

When picking up your order, please bring your order confirmation email and the name used at checkout. We may ask for identification for order verification.

No Shipping

Shipping is not currently available through our online checkout. If a product page, cart, or checkout page refers to pickup, that means the order must be collected in person from Appleby North Paint in Burlington.

Taxes and Fees

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. There is no pickup fee for standard in-store pickup orders.

Cancellations, Returns, and Unclaimed Orders

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at 905-336-0444 or info@applebypaint.ca. Some items, including tinted paint, colour-matched paint, opened products, wallpaper, and special-order products, may not be eligible for return or cancellation once prepared or ordered.

Orders that are not picked up within a reasonable period may be cancelled or handled according to our refund and return policy. Please contact the store if you need more time to pick up your order.
